I’m Kim Lim, a speaker, trainer, moderator and event curator with a career spanning luxury retail, lifestyle and the nonprofit sector. My experience in business development, brand building and strategic partnerships has taught me how to connect people, understand what matters to them and turn ideas into meaningful action.
As the current elected President of the Breast Cancer Welfare Association Malaysia, I bring community leadership and a commitment to helping people feel informed, supported and empowered. As a breast cancer thriver, I also understand that reinvention is more than a concept—it is the work of finding your footing, making decisions through uncertainty and choosing how to move forward.
My approach combines commercial understanding with empathy and practical reflection. I create conversations and learning experiences that encourage people to recognise their strengths, regain direction and take ownership of their next chapter.
I believe we do not need every answer before we begin. We need the clarity to make a choice—and the confidence to take the next step.
